Shipping Policy

At Lao Inc., we are dedicated to delivering your order promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy for details about processing times, delivery, and more.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM on Thursdays will be processed within the same week. Orders placed after this cutoff time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business week.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we only ship within Canada.


Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery typically takes 2-8 business days after your order has been shipped, depending on your location.
  • Delays may occur during peak shipping seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over 85$.

Cold Weather & Freezing Risk

Our products are sensitive to freezing temperatures. Once an order has been delivered to the provided address, responsibility for the package is transferred to the customer.

During cold weather, if a package is left outdoors or not promptly received, product quality may be affected. Lao Inc. cannot be held responsible for damage caused by exposure to freezing temperatures after delivery.

We strongly recommend subscribing to carrier delivery notifications in order to closely track your shipment and retrieve the package promptly at the time of delivery.

During periods of extreme cold, particularly when forecasted temperatures fall below −15 °C for several consecutive days, some shipments may be temporarily delayed to preserve product integrity. Orders will be shipped as soon as conditions allow.



Delivery Address Requirements

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Lao Inc. is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • We recommend providing an address where someone is available to receive the package. If no one is available and the package is left unattended, Lao Inc. is not responsible for loss, damage, or temperature-related issues occurring after delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This number allows you to monitor your package’s progress.

Depending on the carrier used, you may need to subscribe to delivery notifications in order to receive real-time updates (delivery notice, delivery attempt, package drop-off, etc.).

We strongly recommend enabling these notifications so you can follow your shipment closely and make the necessary arrangements to receive your package promptly.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with visible signs of tampering, we ask that you first contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided to report the issue.

We then ask that you keep us informed of the situation at info@laoinc.ca. Depending on the circumstances, we may work with the carrier to support the process and, where applicable, assess possible solutions such as a replacement or refund.

Please note that damage caused by freezing temperatures after confirmed delivery is not considered carrier-related damage.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
